Thanks to all members who have renewed their memberships!
Plans for the Mane Event are underway. We are looking forward to meeting new people
and promoting our fabulous breed. Hundreds of people attend the Mane Event each year.
Be sure to take advantage of our sales and stallions binders.
Stallion Advertising - $100.00 gives you a 20 x 30 poster displayed in the booth
and a space for your business cards. This applies to Fultonvale breed demo and
the horse shows.
Sales - $10.00 for the first horse and $5.00 for each additional horse. Sheets will
be put in a binder, two sheets facing each other. Walking horse lessons can be
advertised here as well for $10.00.

Day Clinic – Ever wanted to try showing but just didn’t know where to start? Or maybe
you just want to brush up on your show ring skills. Come join us for an information
packed day as we go through everything you need to know for the show ring. May 8th at

The Kootenay Plains trail ride on the May long weekend is a long standing tradition with
our club. If you are interested, contact Morley Holman at 780 967 2327 or Val Lorinczy

The month of June opens with ‘The Gaited Experience’ at the Neitak Equestrian on
June 4 (evening) 5 & 6th. Be sure to watch for your Gaited Experience package in the
mail.
Our next meeting will be Friday, June 4th at 8:00 pm, Neitak Equestrian.
Be sure to The weekend of June 19/20 is a campout at Fort Assiniboine. The ride will be
leaving from Horse Creek Ranch. Horse Creek Ranch is an Alberta guest ranch and can
be found 10 km. east of the historic community of Fort Assiniboine. It is nestled between
the beautiful Sandhills Wildland Park and the meandering Athabasca River. The ranch is
only a 2- hour drive northwest of Edmonton, Alberta’s capital city, or as a side excursion
(east and north) coming from Jasper National Park. Be sure to make your own
reservations if you wish to book a cabin or camp onsite. Many services are available at
