Board of directors election, potluck dinner and gift exchange
- February 9th, 2pm, at Mixcor Aggregates, 6303-43 Street Leduc.
TWHAWC will be holding its election for our 2020 Board of Directors. Any members of the TWHAWC, who are in good standing, may be nominated for, or may declare their interest in any position on the directors list up to and until the time of voting at the AGM. As well any member of good standing is entitled to vote, or voice opinion on any matter brought up in the general meeting. Please review the documents below to see the list of director positions available and their duties, as well as important information regarding the voting process and rules. If you are interested in any of the positions held by the association please email Bonnie Jacobs at [email protected] before the club meeting. There will also be a potluck dinner held at the meeting, as well as a gift exchange for anyone who would like to take part. We ask that you please let Bonnie Jacobs know what you will be bringing for the potluck if you plan to participate. If you have little kids that are going to be in the gift exchange please bring a gift for them to open. We look forward to seeing you all at the meeting.

If you are, then come join us at the 'Westhills Equine Veterinary clinic' for our next club meeting, where Dr. Sarah Malenchak (vet and owner at westhills) will be speaking to us about the upcoming foaling season.
Dr Sarah has graciously allowed us to hold our meeting in her new veterinarian facility at 53110 Range Rd 25, Parkland County, AB, T7Y 2M1. **Please bring a chair for yourself**
