Our final meeting of the year is upon us! We will have a General Meeting to wrap up the year, followed by the AGM where voting in of the 2017 Board of Directors will take place.
Members may vote in person or by proxy. If your address has changed in the last year please advise the Secretary as she will be mailing out all AGM & Proxy info to the last known address we have on record.
If there is only one name down for a position that person will win the position by acclamation. We do allow members to put their name forth for a position up until voting. We will call for any new submissions prior to the vote and if it is not brought forth at such time the President will close nominations and commence with voting.
